New Accounts : We encourage new customers to complete our credit application immediately for prompt order fulfillment. Download from Catalog and fax it to 330-534-8179. For fast processing of initial orders, new customers can also pay by C.O.D., or charge card.

Payment Terms : Net 30 days COD 35 days to customers with open accounts. We will accept cash, personal checks company checks, Master Card, Visa, or C.O.D. We maintain a strict credit policy, we are not in the banking business.

Returns and Cancellations: In the event you need to return merchandise for credit or exchange, please call us for return authorization. If the merchandise was shipped by us in error we will, of course, allow full credit for its return in saleable condition and in the original containers. Credit for return of special order merchandise, or made-to-order items and other items not in our regular stock is allowed at the option of our suppliers. Such returns are subject to restocking, repackaging and transportation charges. If you need to cancel a special order, we will make every effort to minimize costs: however, you will be responsible for unavoidable cancellation charges. Material must be returned within 5 days of return authorization. No returns after 90 days .

RESPONSIBLILTY FOR MERCHANDISE : The following issues apply to the entire product line.

Jugenheimer Industrial Supplies Inc. is a Master Distributor of Commercial grade fasteners. Our product is purchased from Domestic and Foreign manufacturers. Conformance to the appropriate ANSI / ASME, ASTM, SAE or IFI Specifications is formally requested from these suppliers. They are responsible for inspecting the parts that they supply, and we feel they are in the best position to properly test the parts they make. We do an in-house visual quality check.

Our expertise is limited to the marketing and distribution of fasteners. We are Not Manufacturers, Designers, Nor Engineers. Therefore we are unable to recommend any particular fasteners for a particular application. In fact we are not involved in any way with the application since our customers are all resellers of the product. It is the responsibility of those who purchase form us to select the proper part and test those parts at a level that is commensurate with the nature of the application.
