"Latex based adhesive. Allows easy repositioning of floor coverings during installation. Water-resistant. Use over dry above or below grade concrete, flooring grade plywood or particle board, for installing felt backed sheet goods, vinyl composition tile (VCT), cork or rubber tile, and carpeting backed with jute.
